Commercial
Silicone and acrylic coatings buy years of life on a commercial roof without a full tear-off. We clean the surface, fix seams and flashing first, then spray or roll the coating on. Cheaper than replacement and it stops the leak that's costing you customers.
Flat roofs and low-slope membranes take a beating from ponding water, foot traffic, and old flashing. We find the actual source of the leak, not just the wet spot, and patch TPO, EPDM, and metal roofs so the fix holds.
Standing seam and corrugated metal roofing for warehouses, garages, and ag buildings. Long panel runs, fewer seams, and a roof that sheds snow and rain instead of holding it.
EPDM rubber membrane is still the most common flat commercial roof for good reason. We run heat-welded or adhered seams so the whole roof performs as one sealed surface, not a patchwork.
Commercial buildings move a lot of water fast in a storm. We size box gutters and downspouts for the actual roof area so water clears the walkways and loading docks instead of pooling.
Insulated metal panel siding for warehouses, shops, and industrial buildings. Secured to steel or wood framing, weathertight at every seam, built to take years of freight trucks and forklifts nearby.
Residential
Full tear-off, new underlayment, ice-and-water shield where it matters, and proper ridge ventilation. We don't shingle over a bad deck, we fix what's underneath first.
Standing seam metal roofing for homes that want to stop replacing shingles every fifteen years. Sheds snow, handles hail better, and can run 40+ years with basically no maintenance.
Vinyl and engineered siding install and replacement, with house wrap and insulation done right underneath. Good siding is as much about what you don't see as what you do.
Seamless aluminum gutters cut and formed to your roofline on site, no leaky joints every ten feet. Gutter guards available if you're tired of climbing a ladder every fall.
Replacement windows that go in clean when we're already doing siding or trim work. Better seal, lower energy bills, and flashing that actually ties into the wall system instead of just caulk.
New builds and deck repair, pressure-treated or composite. We check the ledger board and footings first. That's the part nobody sees and the part that actually holds the deck up.
